Complete minimum 72 hours OOH with each session recorded in Learning Log; signed record sheet scanned and attached to log entry as supporting evidence

Trainee to complete ePortfolio and ‘Review Preparation’ section of the ePortfolio prior to review with ES early May

Aim 10 min consulting

Agree appraisal date and toolkit - register if applicable - with trainer (to be held in June)

 

June

CCT application via ePortfolio as soon as ARCP satisfactory review notified

Unsuccessful Trainees will be sent email from Deanery offices asking them to come for face to face interview with Deanery staff to discuss their future
