Agree appraisal date and toolkit - register if applicable - with trainer (to be held in June)

CCT application via ePortfolio as soon as ARCP satisfactory review notified
Unsuccessful Trainees will be sent email from Deanery offices asking them to come for face to face interview with Deanery staff to discuss their future
